Full Surah Al Muzammil Read Online

Surah al Muzammil is the 73rd Surah of the Quran. Surah e Muzammil is one of the well-known Surah of Quran Kareem. It is divided between Mecca and Madina because most of its verses were revealed in Mecca. Every Muslim should memorize this Surah and recite it daily. Surah e Muzammil should be recited at the time of Tahajjud. Reading was a great virtue in Tahajjud’s time. Difficulties are removed by reciting Muzammil Surah. If a supplication is made after reciting Surah Muzammil, it is accepted. Allah has given us the opportunity, so we should recite the Holy Quran daily.

Surah Muzammil English Translation

1. O you wrapped ˹in your clothes˺!
2. Stay overnight except for a small part of the night.
3. (Stand up) at midnight or less.
4. Or add something to it and read the Quran carefully.
5. Verily, We will soon impose upon you a heavy thing.
6. Indeed, staying at night is the cause of more adaptation and the matter comes out very straight.
7. Surely you have many things to do during the day.
8. And remember the name of your Lord and break away from everything and become His.
9. He is the Lord of the East and the West, there is no god but Him, so make Him your ruler.
10. And be patient with the words of the disbelievers and leave them well.
11. And leave these denying rich people to me and give them a little respite.
12. Indeed, we have heavy chains and a blazing fire.
13. And food stuck in the throat is a painful punishment.
14. The day when the earth and the mountains will tremble and the mountains will become sand dunes.
15. Verily, We have sent to you a Messenger as a witness against you, just as We sent a Messenger to Pharaoh.
16. So Pharaoh disobeyed the order of this Messenger, so We caught him with a firm grip.
17. Then if you disbelieve, how will you be saved on the day when children will grow old?
18. The sky will burst because of it, Allah’s promise is to be fulfilled.
19. Verily, this is an admonition, so whoever wills should take the path to his Lord.
20. Indeed, your Lord knows that a group of you and your companions sometimes stays up for two-thirds of the night, sometimes half of the night, and sometimes one-third of the night. And Allah measures the night and the day, He knows that  !) You will not be able to stay up all night, so he turned to you with his kindness and said: Now read as much of the Qur’an as you can easily.  He knows that soon some of you will be sick and some will travel in the land to seek the grace of Allah and some will fight in the way of Allah, so recite the Qur’an as much as is easy and establish prayer and give zakat and Allah.  Give a good loan to him, and whatever good you send forward for yourself, you will find with Allah a better and greater reward, and ask Allah for forgiveness. Indeed, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
