Full Surah Qaf Read Online

Surah Qaf is the 50th Surah of the Holy Quran. Surat e Qaf  is a very important chapter of the Holy Quran. It was revealed in Mecca. This surah tells a lot about the afterlife where Muslims will be put into heaven or hell because of their good deeds or bad deeds. Reciting of it tells us a lot.

Surah Qaf English Translation

1. Oath of the Holy Qur’an (that Muhammad is the Prophet of God)
2. But these people were surprised that one of them came to guide them, so the disbelievers said that this is (very) strange.
3. Well, when we died and turned to dust (will we live again?) It is far from being alive (from reason)
4. We know that their bodies are reduced by the earth.  And we also have written memory
5. Rather (the strange thing is that) when the truth (religion) came to them, they considered it a lie, so they are (reading) in a confused matter.
6. Did they not look at the sky above them, how We made it and decorated it, and there is not even a crack in it?
7. And We spread out the earth (look at it) and placed mountains in it and made in it grow all kinds of pleasant things.
8. So that the people who refer may receive guidance and advice. 
9. And He sent down blessed water from the sky, and from it grew gardens and orchards, and cultivated crops.
10. And tall palm trees whose kernels are layer by layer
11. (All this) (is) to provide sustenance for the servants, and with this (water) We revived the dead (i.e. fallen) city. (Just) in the same way (on the Day of Resurrection) it is to come out. 
12. Before them, the people of Noah, the people of the wells, and Thamud had denied.
13. And the brothers of Aad and Pharaoh and Lot
14. And the inhabitants of Ban and the people of Tuba.  (Because) all of them denied the Prophets, so our promise (punishment) was also fulfilled.
15. Are we tired of giving birth for the first time?  (No) Rather, they are (lying) in doubt about regeneration.
16. And We have created man and We know the thoughts that pass through his heart.  And we are closer to him than his soul.
17. When (he does something) the two scribes who are sitting on the right and the left write it down.
18. Nothing comes to his tongue, but a watchman is ready by his side.
19. And the unconsciousness of death began to reveal the truth.  (O man) this is (the condition) from which you used to run away.
20. And the trumpet will be blown.  This is the promised day (of punishment).
21. And every person will come (to us).  An (angel) will accompany him and a witness (of his actions).
22. (This is the day that) he was oblivious to it.  Now we have lifted the veil from you.  So today your sight is sharp.
23. And his companion (the angel) will say: This (the Book of Deeds) is present with me.
24. (The order will be that) Cast every rebellious ungrateful person into hell.
25. He who was miserly in wealth, overly suspicious.
26. Who had appointed gods with God.  So make him suffer a severe punishment.
27. His companion (Satan) will say: O our Lord, I did not lead him astray, but he himself strayed far from the path.
28. (God) will say: Do not refuse in our presence.  We had already sent to you a promise (of punishment).
29. Matters do not change with Us and We do not wrong our servants.
30. On that day, we will ask Hell if it is full.  She will say that there is something else?
31. And Paradise will be brought close to the pious (that the Absolute will not be far away).
32. This is what was promised to you (i.e.) from every turning protector.
33. He who fears God without being seen and comes with a heart that turns back.
34. Enter it safely. This is the day of everlasting life.
35. There He is present for those who will, and with Us is (much more).
36. And We destroyed many nations before them. They were far more powerful than them. They patrolled the cities. Is there somewhere to run? 
37. There is an admonition in it for the one who has a heart (awareness) or listens with attention from the heart.
38. And We created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them in six days.  And we were not shaken at all.
39. So be patient with what they (the disbelievers) preach and glorify your Lord before the sun rises and before its sunset.
40. And even at certain times of the night and after the prayer, do you make fun of him (his name)?
41. And listen on the Day when the caller will call from a nearby place.
42. The day people will surely hear the cry.  That is the day of departure.
43. It is We who give life and it is We who kill, and to Us it is to return.
44. On that day, the earth will burst from them and they will rise up in an instant.  It is easy for us to gather this.
45. We know what these people say and you are not going to force them.  So whoever fears Our promise (of punishment), admonish him with the Qur’an.
