Surah At Tur is the 52nd Surah of the Holy Quran. The name “Tur” refers to Mount Tur, a holy place in Sinai, Egypt, where the revelation was revealed to Prophet Musa (peace be upon him). The greatness of Allah’s creation is also described in this Surah. Surat e Tur was revealed in Mecca. In this Surah, it is described that what Allah has created, many blessings, mountains, rivers and all this. Surah Tur meaning in English is The Mount.

Surah At Tur English Translation

1. Mountain type
2. And what is written in the Book 
3. In broad sheets 
4. And of the inhabited house
5. And the high roof
6. And of the boiling river 
7. That the chastisement of your Lord will continue to happen. 
8. (and) no one will be able to stop it
9. The day the sky began to tremble and tremble
10. And the mountains began to fly and become wool. 
11. This day is a disaster for the deniers.
12. Those who are lying down playing in the pit
13. On the Day when they will be pushed towards the Fire of Hell
14. This is the hell which you believed to be a lie. 
15. So is this magic or do you not see it? 
16. Enter it and be patient or not is the same for you.  What you used to do (this) is what you are getting rewarded for. 
17. Those who are pious will be in gardens and blessings.
18. Happy with what their Lord has bestowed upon them.  And their Lord saved them from the punishment of Hell.
19. Eat and drink with relish as a reward for your deeds.
20. We will marry them with the hooves who are spread out evenly on the couches and have large eyes.
21. And those who believed and their descendants followed them in faith.  We will also raise their descendants to their (level) and will not diminish any of their deeds.  Everyone is trapped in his own actions.
22. And We will give them whatever fruit and meat they desire.
23. There they will take from each other a cup of wine, which (drinking) will not lead to delirium or sin.
24. And the young attendants (who will be) like hidden pearls will walk around them.
25. And they will turn to each other and talk to each other.
26. They will say that before this we used to fear (God) in our house.
27. So God favored us and saved us from the punishment of Lu.
28. Before that we used to pray to him.  Verily, He is the Beneficent, the Merciful. 
29. So (O Prophet) keep on admonishing you, by the grace of your Lord you are neither a priest nor a madman.
30. Do the disbelievers say that this is a poet (and) we are waiting for the events of the times in his favour?
31. Say, “Wait, I am waiting with you.’
32. Is this what their intellects teach them?  Rather, it is these people who are wicked.
33. Do they (disbelievers) say that these Prophets have made the Qur’an by themselves? The point is that they do not believe (in God).
34. If these are true, then make such a statement and bring it.
35. Are they created without being created by anyone? Or are they self-generators?
36. Or have they created the heavens and the earth? (no)Rather, they do not believe.
37. Do they have the treasures of your Lord?  Or are these (somewhere) druggies?  
38. Or they have a ladder on which they (climb) and hear the words from the sky.  So whoever hears it should show a clear proof
39. Are the daughters of God and your sons?
40. (O Prophet) do you ask them for reward that the burden of ransom is falling on them? 
41. Or they have knowledge of the unseen that they write it down.
42. If they want to perform a ritual, then the disbelievers are the ones who are going to perform the ritual themselves.
43. Do they have any other god besides God?  God is free from associating them.
44. And if they see a piece of (torment) falling from the sky, then say that it is a thick cloud.
45. So leave them alone until the day comes when they will be rendered unconscious.
46. On the Day when none of their deeds will be of any use, nor will they be helped (from anywhere).
47. And for the wrongdoers there is a punishment besides this, but most of them do not know.
48. And be patient in waiting for the order of your Lord.  You are before our eyes, and when you raise up, glorify your Lord with praise. 
49. And even at certain times of the night and even after the setting of the stars, what should you do about it?
