Surah Hujurat is the 49th Surah of the Holy Quran. There are many benefits of reading this Surah. It was revealed in Medina Arabia. Surah Al Hujurat English Translation
- Believers! (In response to something) do not raise your voice before God and His Messenger and fear God. Indeed, God hears and knows.
- O people of faith! Do not raise your voices higher than the voice of the Prophet, and do not speak loudly in front of them as you speak loudly to one another (so that) your deeds are lost and you do not even know about them.
- Those who speak with a low voice before the Prophet of God, God has tested their hearts for piety. For them is forgiveness and great reward
- Most of those who call you from outside the rooms are foolish.
- And if they had been patient until you yourself came out to them, it would have been better for them. And God is Forgiving, Merciful.
- Believers! If an evil-doer comes to you with news, then investigate it carefully (to prevent) harming a nation through ignorance. Then you will have to regret what you did.
- And know that there is a Messenger of God among you. If you accept what they say to you in many things, then you will be in trouble, but God has made faith dear to you and decorated it in your hearts and disgusted you with disbelief, sin and disobedience. These are the people who are on the right path.
- (i.e.) by the grace and favor of God. And God is Knowing (and) Wise.
- And if any two parties of the believers fight, make peace between them. And if one party abuses the other, then fight the abuser until he turns to the command of God.o when they return, reconcile both sides with equality and act justly. That God loves those who do justice
- Believers are brothers. So make peace between your two brothers. And fear God so that you may be shown mercy.
- Believers! A nation should not ridicule another nation, it is possible that they are better than them, and women should not (mock) women, it is possible that they are better than them. And do not reproach your (believer brother) and do not call each other a bad name. (Having) a bad name after believing is a sin. And those who do not repent are the wrongdoers.
- O people of faith! Avoid thinking too much because some thinking is a sin. And don’t be curious about each other’s condition and don’t backbite anyone. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? You will definitely hate him. (So do not backbite) and fear God. Indeed, God is Merciful, Accepting Repentance.
- People! We created you from a male and a female and created your nations and tribes. To identify each other. And the most honorable among you in the sight of God is the one who is most pious. Indeed, God is All-Knowing (and) All-Aware
- The villagers say that we have come to believe. Say that you have not believed (rather) say that we have brought Islam and faith has not yet entered your hearts. And if you obey God and His Messenger, God will not diminish your deeds. Indeed, God is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful.
- Believers are those who believe in God and His Messenger, then do not doubt and fight in the way of God with wealth and life. These are the true people (of faith)
- Tell them, do you confess your piety to God? And God knows all that is in the heavens and the earth. And God knows all things.
- These people are benevolent to you that they have become Muslims. Say, don’t favor me for being a Muslim. Rather, God has favored you in that He has shown you the path of faith, provided that you are true (Muslims).
- Indeed, God knows what is hidden in the heavens and the earth, and He sees what you do.
