Main Theme of 4 Qul

If we look at all charo Quls, they are very powerful forms of the Holy Quran that convey two major spiritual and devotional messages.

The purpose of the four chapters is not simply to narrate individual surahs, but to explain a complete spiritual system that is the foundation of a believer’s life. Its central message consists of three important points:

  • A servant should believe in Allah alone as his deity, should not associate anyone with Him, should not compromise in religion, even if others oppose him. It has been made clear that faith is complete when both the heart and actions are pure and clean for Allah. Until the heart and actions are pure and clean for Allah, our faith cannot be complete.
  • In four qul it is said to completely reject polytheism in matters of religion, It is also stated in it that Allah is not in need of anyone, nor does He have any children, nor is He the child of anyone. These include seeking refuge in Allah from the evils of the outside world, such as envy, witchcraft, and many other evils from which one seeks refuge in Allah. In one of these surahs, we seek refuge in Allah from the evil within, that is, the satanic whispers that tempt us day and night. We seek refuge in the Lord of mankind from the whispers that come into our hearts.
